Cityprom Inc
Cityprom Limited was formed in 1988 as an agreement between the Launceston City Council and a group of retailers to encourage the promotion and development of the central business district of the city of Launceston. Cityprom has a Board of Directors consisting of 12 members and employs an Executive Officer, Executive Assistant and a Finance Officer.
Each Director represents a different type of business or a geographical section of the city to ensure fair representation to all members
Cityprom brings together the city retailers, hospitality providers, professional offices and civic authorities so that we all focus on the city centre - keeping it a desirable place to visit. We conduct, organise and set up promotional programs, decorations, publicity, special events, co-operative advertising and other joint ventures to benefit the city.
